• $150 per night with a 3 night minimum
• One Week minimum over major holidays
• $850 a week, plus $100 each additional night
• $100 deposit required to hold your dates & towards final payment
• $80 cleaning fee per stay
• $150 non-refundable pet deposit
• Balance due 21 days prior to arrival
• Tax Not Included (10% or 7% for NC or 3% for Macon County)
• We do accept credit cards through PayPal with an additional fee of $25
